Clustered within three miles of each other, we formed early in 2006 when longtime stores Lula, Succotash & Up Six were joined by Classic Retro @ Pete’s & Swank in the ever-evolving Saint Paul neighborhoods of Midway & Mac-Groveland. It’s a refreshing, non-competitive way to pool resources and create a destination shopping district dedicated to all things retro.
